- Working as an OD Consultant with a Children’s Services Department to support its transformation programme
- Providing interim leadership as HRD for a large unitary council
- Supporting a Chief Executive and her top team with organisational design and development to better achieve strategic objectives
- Coaching the Chief Executive of an SME regarding business strategy, and providing support with organisation design and development.
- Coaching a Head Teacher on a journey from special measures to being rated as good by Ofsted
